The MalcoEdge CCD516 Hi-Flow Core Control Depressor Tool is purpose-built for 5/16" service ports commonly found on mini-split systems and other tight-access installations. Its compact profile allows technicians to connect and control valve core engagement where larger tools cannot fit. By allowing controlled opening of the valve core after a secure connection is made, the CCD516 helps reduce refrigerant loss and improves safety during setup. It also enables standard hoses to function as controlled connection points.
